So, don't talk about personal details such as: health problems, hobby or family.

When the interviewer ask you that question, they want to know, how self-aware you are. So, be honest. Strengths are easy to talk about. Create your answer using words like:

Quick-learner
Reliable
Good team player
Hard-working and so on. For example:

About your weakness. Keep in mind that nobody is perfect. So, try making your weakness into another strength and show the interviewer how you are working to overcome it. Example:

I have to admit that I am a little impatient, especially when I have to depend on someone. I like to make sure that my work is perfect and done on time. So, If I find troubles in getting proficient help, I tend to work alone.
